Not one for long winded blog posts I will occasionally post resources that I believe might be helpful to individuals looking for and living in houses, condos, whatever...
I believe that one should seek to be as informed as possible when buying a property which is why an inspection is a valuable service. However buying the property shouldn't be viewed as the end, but instead the beginning of the journey that will likely include upgrades, maintenance needs and changing family situations. In other words buying a property is one thing but owning is another. Here are some resources that may help navigate home ownership for health, safety and peace of mind during modifying (more to be added over time): https://www.energy.gov/energysaver/energy-saver www.ewg.org Home Reference Book (Amazon link) http://www.seattle.gov/dpd/ Confident House Hunter by Dylan Chalk (Amazon link) http://www.plantamnesty.org/ Seattle Municipal Archives

I truly believe on what stated in this blog post. For those people who are looking for or living in condominiums or houses, we should always be informed in all the necessary information and aspects in this kind of matter. There are a lot of factors needed to be discussed by the owner to the buyer and as well as to those who are renting a place. We should always conduct research and know our rights. There is nothing wrong about doing these things, it is only a reflection that you value your way of living and the place where you live at.
